Service in the holiday villas

Unlike traditional holiday villa rentals, the exclusive homes within The Signature Collection provide guests with unprecedented assistance within a fully-serviced environment. All villas within our portfolio offer benchmarked service standards that are exclusive to our brand and include an English speaking Villa Manager(ess), one or two house maids (depending on villa size), Villa handyman and trained Thai Chef. The villa staff are on call 24/7 during your stay and will attempt at all time to satisfy your needs.

Apart from the personal face-to-face service provided by our villa staff, a multitude of other professional services are also offered by Samui Villas & Homes. These include meet and greet' airport transfers, a concierge service, hire car rental, organization of (private or shared) tours and sightseeing excursions, an in-villa spa service and babysitting to just name a few!

For your added comfort and privacy, night time watch is provided in all the villas for the duration of your stay.


  • The villa staff will visit twice daily to keep the villa clean and tidy
